At D2Cart – A Unit of Dsquare Projects Limited, we are committed to providing genuine products sourced from authorized distributors and manufacturers. Most products are procured after order confirmation; therefore, the estimated delivery time for most orders is 9–15 business days. Once your order is dispatched, the shipment tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Delivery timelines may vary due to product availability, logistics, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

All products sold by D2Cart are non-returnable. As we procure most products specifically against customer orders, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been delivered. Returns requested due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, compatibility issues, or personal preference will not be accepted.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation and refund requests cannot be accepted. If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

A replacement will be provided only if the delivered product is physically damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect product has been delivered. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@d2cart.in along with the complete unboxing video, clear photographs of the product, and the order details. After verification, the product will be replaced with the same model, subject to stock availability.

All products sold by D2Cart are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty wherever applicable. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, improper installation, misuse, or repairs carried out by unauthorized service providers. Customers are requested to retain the original purchase invoice for warranty claims.
